Here are some ‘tips’ to use the project materials on this site.

Kindly note that I am a novice in creating posts/pages, so please be patient while I learn how to optimize how these postings view on your end.

As time goes on, I will aim to simplify the postings — with fewer notes and explainers. But it is my nature to over-explain and over-complicate 🙂 so bear with me, please.

Thank you!

Things that I see that are less-than-optimal, and tips to work-around:

  • Actual practice materials:
    • You should be able to see the scores/sheetmusic right on your device (phone/computer) and you should not have to do any additional work to do the project.
    • On page, scroll down until you see the sheet music image, and MP3 players for each song.
  • Scores/sheetmusic:
    • An iPad or larger monitor will view these pages better
    • if you are viewing on phone rotate your phone to horizontal/landscape, so you can see the scores a bit better
  • Recordings:
    • use headphones, at low-volume. Each recording needs you to press the ‘play’ button to start playing — nonetheless, because the quality is not so great please use headphones at a low-volume.
    • When we are able to, a recording with all 17-songs sung just 1-time each will be posted.
    • Each song will have a practice recording under the score/sheetmusic. You can play this as often as you’d like (or can tolerate 🙂 ) until you can sing the song on your own.
  • Download capacity:
    • Apologies — but for the time, I have disabled the download capacity. I realize this may be inconvenient in some cases, but you can always take a screenshot or download the songs from srichinmoysongs.com — or if you have these great Enthusiasm Songbooks by Sri Chinmoy, view them there.
      • I will try and ensure the source songbook is referenced so you can find it should you wish to. Of course, you can use the search feature from srichinmoysongs.com
    • I also realize that it might be convenient if I provided materials in other formats — but I just spontaneously got inspired with this project and I am ‘going-as-fast-as-I-can’ just to keep a few paces ahead of you 🙂
